Today marks a beginning. Today was the launch of my new radio program/podcast IMAGINE RADIO. I say that with a mix of pride after a big amount of frustration. But, the imagined has come to life and it was well worth the effort.
On a daily basis I encounter people going through extra ordinary circumstances who manage to collect themselves to remove the stumbling blocks and come out on the other side. IMAGINE RADIO I hope to use as a platform to highlight those stories. The radio program is important because many of us assume our difficulties are strictly that our difficulties while the rest of the world sails merrily along. IMAGINE RADIO is designed to let you know that we all have ideas and probably a million doubts that accompany them.
I am not looking to paint my guests as super heroes, because they aren’t. They are people much like the rest of us who had an idea and then set about imagining an outcome that they had to make real. Along the way, I hope you get ideas that will motivate and encourage you. That you have an aha! moment as the wheels begin to spin for things you might have thought about.
In addition to guests, from time to time I will provide Imagery sessions for relaxation, concentration, as well ways for you to channel your focus to see yourself accomplishing the tasks you’ve set out for yourself. This blog will also serve as a support to information presented during the broadcast. So be prepared for videos and pictures that I hope will add depth to the story.
No one operates alone, and I have to send out great thanks to my web developer Yvonne and her company Fabbest in patiently working with me to make my imaginings real. Viewing the finished product always makes the working process seem easy, but getting the finished product to work well over three different platforms is a juggling act I could never have completed alone.
And now that I have made the program announcement, why don’t you click on the podcast player link at the top of the page and give a listen to what all the talk was about.
I am really looking forward to the next installment. Sounds interesting!
Cherrie,
I have followed you off and on over several years. This is a good idea and I enjoy hearing your voice.
